Costalarbol Semicrianza
Varieties: 60% Graciano, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha.
It is a selected harvest from our best vineyards, collected in boxes of 12 to 13 kg. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in permeable concrete tanks of 3000 liters with a careful temperature control process (between 24 to 26ºC). The 60% Graciano gives complexity to the structure of the wine. The pressing is done in a vertical press and the malolactic fermentation occurs with its own lees in French oak barrels.
The three varieties are mixed to make the «coupage» before bottling.
Ageing: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple in the center, bluish on the edge. On the nose it is very aromatic, with a touch of wild blueberries. Very bright wine with a long end on the palate. Firm tannins that give it a good structure. It is a tasty and relaxed wine.
