100% organic wine
Our vineyards grow in a natural environment of rich biodiversity both on our own farms and around us, which contributes with a natural pest control. In addition, the climatic conditions with little rainfall make this region the best place to develop organic vines.
We use manure to fertilize the soil, instead of fertilizers; we do not use herbicides or synthetic pesticides. We replace pesticides with natural pest control methods.
We believe that organic process is not only good for the environment; it also produces healthier wines for our customers.
We only add 15% sulfates in the fermentation process. Half of the 30% maximum allowed.
We do not add gelatin, eggs, or any animal derivative in the process.
